About The Workshop
The workshop aims to introduce a multi- disciplinary audience to an array of theoretical & computational methods for modeling complex systems in the physical, biological and social sciences. Participants will learn to analyze self-organized behavior in populations of agents interacting with each other through either deterministic/ stochastic rules, or strategies, from lectures, as well as, group projects. The latter will span topics ranging from epidemics to systemic risk in financial markets.
