Prof. Seshu Aiyar communicated the earliest contributions of Ramanujan to the Journal of Indian Mathematical Society in the form of Questions. Ramanujan proposed in all 58 Questions or Solutions to Questions -- including the renowned Rogers-Ramanujan series-product identities -- in this journal during the years 1911 to 1919, the first of which appeared in 1911.
