Kozhikode, formerly known as Calicut, is connected by flights from Mumbai and Chennai. There are 3 direct flights daily from Mumbai and 1 direct flights from Chennai on all days except Tuesdays. Airport code for Kozhikode is CCJ.

Transport
We shall arrange a pick up and drop off from and to Kozhikode airport. Kindly let us know at the earliest your date and time of arrival when you know it.
Excursion
An excursion to Edakkal caves and Pookode Lake is being planned for Wednesday 11th January. We will make detailed announcements on 9th January, the first day of the conference.
Cultural Event
A Kathakali concert is being arranged on the evening of Thursday, 12th January at the Kerala School. Here is a short introduction to Kathakali. The particular play that we are going to watch is Kirata . These are part of a book "A guide ot Kathakali" by David Bolland.Tourism
