Teacher's Enrichment Workshop (Engineering) 2018
A week-long workshop for mathematics teachers of Engineering colleges
#The broad goal of IMSc's Enriching Collegiate Education series of workshops is to bring research mathematicians and college teachers together in an effort to enrich mathematics education in colleges. It is noteworthy in this context that IMSc is primarily a research institute. This workshop is part of a Teacher's Enrichment Workshop, a series sponsored by the NCM
This week-long workshop is aimed at mathematics teachers in Engineering colleges, to enable them to revisit and update content and/or knowledge. The lectures will cover a few specific topics (see below). The workshop also includes discussion sessions where teachers can get doubts cleared and work out exercises (both routine and advanced). A detailed schedule is now available. Photos of the program now available. Topics and Notes:
