Welcome to my page
I am a PhD student of B.S. Abdur Rahman University(BSAU) at Chennai (formerly known as Madras), and project assistant at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences (IMSc), Chennai. In IMSc, I am working in the group of Prof. Sitabhra Sinha (a physicist).
I have been formally trained in bioinformatics (during M.Sc) and zoology (during B.Sc), and have an abiding interest in understanding, the processes occurring in the living world. While, in the course of my PhD and various project works with different research groups across India, I have gained valuable exposure to different techniques of computational analysis and complex network methods which can be used to gain important insights into biological as well as non-biological systems.
