Magic Square

In a Date Magic square, the date of birth: 22-12-1887 is written as four numbers in four squares.

The following are sequences of pairs of numbers in square boxes:

22 + 87 = 27 + 82 (a choice)
12 + 18 = 4  + 26  (a choice)
  4 + 87 = 84 + 7  (a choice)
22 + 26 = 16 + 32 (a choice)
  4 + 22 = 24 + 2  (a choice)

2nd row:

139 - 84 - 32 - 2 = 21
139 - 16 - 7 -24 = 92.
