The Collected Papers of Srinivasa Ramanujan, published in a volume
running to 350 pages, was edited by G.H. Hardy, P.V. Seshu Aiyar
and B.M. Wilson Chelsea, New York, 1962; first published by Cambridge
University Press, in 1927, resulted in a flurry of research papers
by G.N. Watson, C.T. Preece, W.N. Bailey, Robert A. Rankin and
some others during the period 1928-38.
