Abstract: We shall discuss the following game: there is a box with balls of two colours. We pick a ball at random, change its colour and put it back. We do it again and again and again. Abstract: We will discuss how the precise language of Mathematics is built upon day to day speech. It will lead to a discussion of the language of sets and how many objects there are in a set. A single problem usually admits several solutions, often employing quite different heuristics.
