To school principals and their representatives: We request you to nominate teachers from your school for this workshop by sending email to maths.outreach.imsc@gmail.com, latest by Tuesday, 14th October. Please include in your email the personal email addresses of each of the nominated teachers (to be used for effective communication of details about the workshop). There is no limit on the number you can nominate. Selection will be mostly on a first-come-first-served basis. We may have to stop accepting nominations even before the deadline if our capacity is reached, so we recommend that you send in your nominations sooner rather than later.

We request that nominated teachers be given on-duty leave to attend the workshop.

Interested teachers may nominate themselves by the same method: namely, by just sending an email to the same (above mentioned) address. Freelance teachers (those not affiliated to a school) are welcome to apply, but they will not be eligible for certificates of participation or for the travel allowance.

Nominations from schools outside Chennai are most welcome and will be treated on par with those from Chennai. However outstation participants will have to arrange for their own accommodation. Please do NOT write to us asking for or about accommodation. We do not have the resources to address or even respond to such requests.
