dc.description.abstract It is suggested that the available data are consistent with the hypothesis that the electronic and the muonic weak currents have slightly different couplings to the strangeness-changing hadronic current. The consequences of such a weak violation of the e - μ universality are studied with particular reference to the problem of the e - μ mass difference and the Cabibbo-angle determination. © 1970.
