dc.description.abstract We generalize Greenberg's q-mutator algebra for infinite statistics to the most general form invariant under unitary transformations in the indices and study its consequences. Constraints on the parameter space arising from the positivity of the metric in the underlying Fock space are obtained. © 1994.
