dc.description.abstract	The Thesis consists of two parts; Part 1 , devoted to Bernstein Problem of Weighted Approximation in the field Approximation theory; Part 2 deals with multiplier transformations associated with weighted spaces. Bernstein Problem, its generalizations, Banach Spaces, Linear Subspaces are discussed in the thesis. Number of lemmas and proofs of the results are explained.
