Abstract:
The conference was inagurated on November 5, 1971 by Professor Alladi Ramakrishnan at Hotel Woodlands in Bangalore. The rest of the conference sessions were held at Visweswaraya Technical Museum during 5 - 9, November, 1971. There were about 24 participants attended this conference from various institutions from different parts of the country, and presented 25 papers on the conference theme. This proceedings was brought out in May, 1973.
