(containing school/college/institution, board/university, exam passed, year of passing, division/class and percentage of marks obtained, percentage of marks obtained in mathematics, subjects studied).

8. Please indicate what you would like to study during your visit to IMSc.

9. Please indicate what mathematics courses you have completed in your current degree programme, and what textbooks were used.
