Quantum simulation and computation using discrete-time quantum walk (pre-synopsis seminar)

Discrete-time quantum walk (DTQW) is a powerful algorithmic technique for various quantum simulation and computation tasks. This is a pre-synopsis seminar summarising the work done towards efficiently using different forms of DTQW for various purposes, It includes the use of DTQW for quantum simulations on circuit based near term quantum computers,operational ways for simulating accelerated dynamics and optimal probe for the evolution parameter estimation in DTQW. I will also present the new universal quantum computing model based on DTQW which can be used to design a quantum computer at the disposal of position state.
