Nonnegative Solutions of Linear Diophantine Equations-1

In this talk I will discuss how can we code the non-negative
solutions of a system of Linear Diophantine equation with integral
coefficients in terms of a rational function. I will follow Richard
Stanley's work from the paper 'Linear Diophantine equations and local
cohmology'.
