E_0-semigroups on factors

I will survey the current developments in the theory of
E_0-semigroups, starting with some basics. In the first lecture I
will review the works of Arveson and its current generalizations.
In the second lecture I will talk about the developments in type
III E_0-semigroups. In the last lecture I will survey
the current developments regarding E_0-semigroups on type II_1,
II_\infty and type III factors.
