Investigating how chromatin regulates gene expression and cellular processes (Thesis defence)

I will describe our investigation into how chromatin regulates gene
expression and cellular processes. In the first part, I will talk
about the method we devised to identify statistically significant
co-localizing transcription factors in 3D chromatin and as well as on
the linear genome and then give details about various functional
observations obtained using the above method. In the later part, I
will talk about another study on centromere regions of chromosomes to
understand rapid emergence of C. auris and its clades and our
contributions in collaborative work with the Sanyal lab.
