Bounds on Siegel zeros
Gautami Bhowmik
University of Lille, France
A Landau-Siegel zero is a possible a counter-example to the Riemann Hypothesis for Dirichlet $L$-functions.
It is known that such a zero, if it exists, would be real and very close to 1 .
We will discuss some improvements on this distance assuming conjectures on the Goldbach problem.
This is joint work with Karin Halupczok.
