Dixmier trace of Toeplitz operators on bounded symmetric domains

The Dixmier trace of operators in the Schatten class (1,infty)
is an important invariant for pseudo-differential operators, related to
the so-called non-commutative residue. In joint work with Kai Wang, Fudan
University, we calculate the Dixmier trace of Toeplitz operators on
bounded symmetric domains. In the special case of rank 2 domains, we
recover A.Connes formula for pseudo-differential operators on spheres.
