What are the indirect hints of new physics telling us?

Despite thousands of verification with measurements, there exist some clear indications that the framework of the Standard Model of particle physics is not complete. In this colloquium, I would highlight how some of these indications can be correlated
with the recent tensions observed in the flavor sector. I would then categorize the possible directions; firstly in which experimental inputs are required, secondly, predictions from theory side especially for the non-perturbative physics that are essential in order
to understand the dynamics of the underlying theory.
