Some features of Lovelock gravity

Einstein gravity is kinematical in three dimensions; i.e. there exist no non-trivial vacuum solution. There exist bound orbits around mass point in four dimensions. Gravity is also a self interacting force. We will discuss how these features are taken over in Lovelock gravity.
