Higgs measurements at LHC

Prafulla Kumar Behera

IIT Madras

The Higgs boson was discovered in 2012 and LHC has made a significant improvement in delivering largest proton-proton collision data set at 13 TeV. Both CMS and ATLAS experiments have made significant effort measuring different properties of Higgs as well as looking for physics beyond SM. In this talk, I will give the present status of measurements of Higgs boson at world's highest energy accelerator (LHC) and shed light on searches for BSM. I will also describe plans for further searches using larger Run 2 datasets as well as provide a brief introduction to High Luminosity LHC. The talk will be focusing on CMS experimental results.
