Discoveries from Khirsara - a new Indus Valley site in Gujarat

I will describe finds from Khirsara in Gujarat, a site of the mature phase of the Indus Valley Civilization, whose excavation is ongoing. The finds include remarkable pottery, religious iconography, and Indus writing on tablets. I will share photographs and stories of my visit to Khirsara, expanding on my recent report that appeared in the Frontline.
