The Supersymmetric (SUSY) grand unification theory (GUT) with seesaw paradigm provides a very attractive framework for representing particles and forces of nature as they solve the hierarchy problem, unify three forces of nature, provide possible cold dark matter
candidate while explaining tiny neutrino masses. But, in absence of any evidence of SUSY so far, it's worth while to explore new physics prospects of non-SUSY GUTs.
We explore two class of non-SUSY SO(10) GUT models with TeV scale seesaw. The associated new physics would be reachable at LHC and other ongoing/future experiments. The large flavor violation, dominant neutrinoless double beta decay in $W_L-W_L$ mediated channel, prediction for gauge mediated rare kaon decay and neutron - antineutron oscillations reachable to
the ongoing or future experiments together with predictions for proton decay will be discussed.
