For an elliptic curve $E/K$, let $h(P)$ denote the canonical height of a point $P$ in $E(K)$. For an infinite extension $L/K$, $E(L)$ is said to have Bogomolov property if there exists a positive constant $c>0$ such that there are no non-torsion points $P$ with $h(P)
