Tableau correspondences and representation theory

Tableaux correspondences such as the RSK correspondence, its dual, the Burge correspondences, and their variants can be used to obtain results
in the polynomial representation theory of general linear groups and symmetric groups, such as GL(m)-GL(n) duality, construction of Gelfand
models, etc. This is based on joint work with Digjoy Paul and Arghya Sadhukhan.
