Time dependent geometries are interesting and less understood in
string theory and AdS/CFT. Here I will discuss on a very specific class of
time dependent cosmological spacetime in five dimensional AdS known as AdS
cosmology. AdS cosmology is a solution of Einstein equation and it can be
obtained from 10 dimensional type IIB supergravity theory. In this work,
we have studied AdS Kasner cosmologies and their solitonic generalization
within the context of AdS/CFT. We calculate the equal time correlation
function on a spacelike surface for the boundary gauge theory using
geodesic approximation. We then push the spacelike surface near the big
bang singularity and we observe that the correlator does not develop any
pole.
