Mass gap in the weak coupling limit of $2+1, SU(2)$ lattice gauge theory

We construct explicitly a local gauge invariant 'Fock space' for $2+1$ dimensional SU(2) lattice gauge theory. We see that the dynamics is that of closed electric flux loops. This dynamics is captured in a path integral over gauge invariant phase space and a weak coupling expansion is made to construct the continuum limit of the gauge theory. We find that continuum has 2 equal mass glueballs which are non-interacting.
