Quantum oscillations and superconductivity in the underdoped cuprates

We examine the interplay of quantum oscillations and superconductivity in the underdoped cuprates. Toward this end, we use the tool of high magnetic fields, thus shedding light on the ground state of the mysterious pseudogap state in the underdoped cuprates.
