Behavior of Bio-polymers under confinement

We focus on the equilibrium properties of bio-polymer and polymer within varied confined geometries. The geometrical confinement comes to an effect whenever the size of the polymer becomes comparable to the degree of confinement. We study in detail the tug of war situation
between interaction energy and reduced configurational entropy of polymer arising due to confinement. We also address the dynamic behavior of confined DNA, polymer from a quasi-equilibrium framework.
