Insertion algorithms for shifted tableaux

Young diagrams with distinct parts can be aligned along the leading diagonal
to give shifted shapes. Shifted analogues for RSK algorithm have been
studied by Sagan, Haiman and Serrano among others. This talk is an
exposition of their results.
