A duality for Selmer groups

In Iwasawa theory, the interrelation between certain arithmetic objects (like ideal class groups or Selmer groups) and analytic objects (like $p$-adic L-functions) are studied.

Following this theme, we will state a duality result for Selmer groups which can be thought of as a `functional equation'. A key ingredient for this is a twisting result.
