Casting analytics to capture individual variations in Tumorigenesis

Pharmacogenomics research aims at delivering the right drug, the right dose at the right time to the individual. This goal cannot be achieved by generalized analytics or approaches; rather it is imperative to develop specific methods based on the hypothesis to be tested and biological question to be addressed. I will present the computational methods we have developed and applied to resolve variations in tumorigenesis in individual patients as well as in cohorts.
