REPRESENTATIONS OF FUNDAMENTAL GROUPS OF COMPACT RIEMANN SURFACE.

In this talk I will start with the representation of fundamental group of a compact Riemann surface.I will explain relationship between vector bundles and representations of the fundamental group of surface.In the end I will state "The Narasimhan–Seshadri Theorem" which establishes a correspondence between stable vector bundles over a compact Riemann surface and unitary representations of the fundamental group of the surface.
