Some phenomenological aspects of 2HDMs after the Higgs discovery

Dipankar Das

SINP

In this presentation I intend to discuss two Higgs-doublet models (2HDMs) in the alignment limit which became relevant after the Higgs singnal strengths into various channels has been measured to be consistent with the SM. I will discuss the unitarity and stability constraints in general 2HDMs in association of the constraints arising from the flavor data for various types of 2HDMs. I will also talk about the effect of the charged scalar loop in the Higgs to diphoton decay in various cases. If time permits, I would also like to talk about an interesting variant of 2HDMsknown as the BGLmodels where FCNC exists with appropriate suppression that can have distinctive phenomenological consequences.
