After a commendable performance for about 3 years the LHC machine is shut down at present. The next operational phase starts in about 2 years with double the beam energy and luminosity. This will take the reach of the machine into TeV energy scale. The main results from Higgs search based on data already collected at the LHC will be presented along with the projections for the future.
