Ford's lower bound on H(x, y, 2y) and Multiplication Table

I will talk about how Ford's proof of lower bound to H(x, y, 2y) gives various result about Multiplication Table.
Here H(x, y, 2y) means number of positive integers not exceeding x and having a divisor in (y, 2y].
