Dear Graham,

I have uploaded a single file ICGC-2007.tar.gz to the ftp.iop.org .

The obituary has been revised and the file 002_ICGC-2007.pdf has been
replaced by a new one. The title, abstract and the references are
unchanged only some text has been changed. The total number of pages is
also the same for this revised contribution.

This tar file contains the complete set, including copyright forms.
