An outreach programme in science for college students will be held at IMSc on 6th November, 2014.

There will be documemtary `The immortal coils' on the work of Dr G N Ramachandran, an eminent scientist. The documentary will be presented by Dr R Ramachandran.

Participants of this programme are invited to attend the scientific programme of the 80th Annual Meeting of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore, to be held during 7--9th November, 2014, hosted by the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, (IMSc) in association with IIT Madras, CLRI, CMI, MSSRF, and IGCAR.
