• How to reach the venue

There will be a two weeks workshop on measure and functional analysis from 25th November ( arrival Sunday 24th November) to 6th December ( departure Saturday 7th December) at the Department of Mathematics, Andhra University covering the following:

1. Linear Algebra and Basics: G. V. Ravindranadh Babu & G. Chakradhara Rao

2. Probability Theory- P. S. Chakraborty

3.Measure Theory-M. Krishna

4.Hilbert Space Theory - A. Mohari

5. Introductory functional analysis: S. Sundar

Target audience: Students those who have completed BSc can apply. Interested participants are requested to post a short CV along with a one page write up on his/her mathematical inclinations to anilesh@imsc.res.in, parthac@imsc.res.in, krishna@imsc.res.in . A recommendation letter is must for an applicant without MSc degree. For applicants with MSc degree it is preferable to have a letter of recommendation. Selected participants will be given AC 3T train fare. We will also take care of local hospitality.
