About Me
I am currently a Senior Research Fellow at IMSc. I come from Varanasi, where I had my primary education. After that I joined Banaras Hindu University for my B. Sc.(Hons.) in Computer Science. I attended the M. Sc. course at Pune University for one year. After that I joined IMSc for research. My advisors are Prof. Venkatesh Raman and Prof. Saket Saurabh.
My basic interest lies in Theoretical Computer Science. I am particularly interested in algorithmic ways to deal with NP-completeness. Currently I am working in Parameterized Complexity, Kernelization and the hardness theory around it. I am looking forward to explore the field further and establishing connections with classical Complexity Theory.
Apart from science, I like travelling, reading books and watching movies. I used to play Badminton, but haven't done so in a long time. If you know about an indoor court in Adyar or nearby, please tell me.
