Magma at IMSc

The MAGMA Computational Algebra System has been installed on the following machines on the imsc network:

classic(quick computing)
imsc3(long jobs)
imsc10(long jobs)
imsc11(long jobs)

To run magma, simply log on to one of these machines and type "magma" on the command line.
Online help within the imsc network is available here.
A mailing list for magma users has been set up (follow the link to subscribe).
Some optional databases have not been installed yet. Please contact "amri" if you would like them to be installed.
