dc.description.abstract This thesis is a study on the properties of the space of complex valued continuous functions on the real line R with period 1, whose 1 sided nth difference satisfies the Lipschitz condition. The problem of lacunary interpolation has been initiated, as the nth difference occur in many situations particularly in Approximations and Interpolations. The most elementary case of (0,2) interpolation is considered for study in some chapters. en_US
