dc.description.abstract This Report is a collection of the Reports on Recent Experimental Data issued monthly during the year 1964. The most important experiments reported here are the Violation of Cp invariance in (K2)^0 decays and the discovery of Omega(-) particle which has given a big boost to the SU3 Symmetry scheme. One of the chief preoccupations of the experimentalist recently has been the search for the quarks the hypothetical building blocks of the observed hadrons. Like the search for the Dirac Monopole, the present search, though unsuccessful is not likely to be given up easily. The other main feature of the experimental data during the period is the production of multipion and baryon resonances, and the presence of resonances even at energies like 8 Bev. An experiment at 950 Mev on electron-proton scattering to determine the role of more than one-photon exchange in such a process which involves the study of the polarization of the recoil proton is described. The results of two experiments on pion production in proton-proton collission (with the formation of the deutron are given. There seems to be a resonance as revealed by a sharp peak, in the differential cross section at 2.8 Bev/c. An experiment on pion scattering from a polarized proton target is described and the values of the resultant polarisation are given. The use of the polarization target technique for other reactions are mentioned. An experiment on the radiative decay of the pion to test non-local effects is quoted. An account of the theoretical considerations of T.D. Lee et al., to determine the intensity of upward muon flux due to cosmic ray neutrinos is given. en_US
